Due to headliner TRIGGER THE BLOODSHED switching booking agencies, STIGMA's previously announced tour dates as supporting act, has been cancelled. STIGMA is currently in the process of booking some replacement dates which will be announced shortly.

In other news, STIGMA has officially signed an endorsement deal with Gibson Guitars. Guitarists Morgan Ferrua and Andrea Bailo can be seen shredding their new axes in a live video directed by Xavy (SUICIDE SILENCE, AUGUST BURNS RED, BRING ME THE HORIZON) taken from one of the band's recent performances with BLEEDING THROUGH on the band's official YouTube page.

Vocalist Vlad comments:
"Hey everybody, Unfortunately our previously announced European run with Trigger The Bloodshed won't happen anymore due to a change in their touring plans! We're all extremely bummed for that: we were looking forward to rocking the UK, BeNeLux, France and Germany. But this cancellation was beyond out control, and we're already confirming other European gigs for the same time frame, so hopefully we'll be able to make it to your country, please keep your eyes peeled on our Myspace and Official websites for further infos! Another cool news is that Morgan and Andrea are now officially endorsed by Gibson Guitars and we're all super excited for this new agreement and we want to thank Eleonora and everyone at Gibson for this amazing opportunity! Da molte testate di settore è già stato definito come uno dei debutti più interessanti dell'anno, "When Midnight Strikes!" il primo album degli STIGMA, è uscito in Europa e Stati Uniti a fine Marzo sull'etichetta americana Pivotal Rockordings, e sta mettendo d'accordo pubblico e critica grazie al suo mix di death metal, hardcore e tematiche prese dai primi grandi classici del cinema horror!
Per festeggiare l'uscita dell'album e presentarlo finalmente al proprio pubblico gli STIGMA, in collaborazione con Epiphone e Rocksound Italia, sono orgogliosi di presentare un esclusivo release party che si terrà presso il Nuvolari Libera Tribù di Cuneo, Mercoledì 2 Luglio, dalle ore 21 con ingresso gratuito!!

Italy's rising force in deathcore, STIGMA, has completed the recording process for their upcoming debut album, When Midnight Strikes!, which is due out in spring 2008 through Pivotal Rockordings. The album was recorded at Db Studios with producer Ettore Rigotti (DISARMONIA MUNDI) and was mixed and mastered by Alessandro Vanara (DISARMONIA MUNDI, SLOWMOTION APOCALYPSE). Cover artwork, which was completed by Davide Nadalin, who has previously worked with NILE, THESHOLD, and THE DUSKFALL, can be seen HERE.

Vocalist Vlad comments:
"We're thrilled about the final result! We knew Ettore [Rigotti] is an outstanding producer, but we never thought we could reach this level at only the first album! We've recorded everything at its best, using only killer stuff and added all the melodies, solos, atmospheres, insane breakdowns and horrific parts we dreamed about during the songwriting! When Midnight Strikes! is truly an amazing debut, and we really can't wait to offer you the chance to listen to it!"

When Midnight Strikes! features guest appearances from Tim Zlinsky (THE CLASSIC STRUGGLE), Alberto Zannier (SLOWMOTION APOCALYPSE), Ivan Odorico (SLOWMOTION APOCALYPSE), and Mike Lunacy (DARK LUNACY). Due to his departure from HATESPHERE, Jacob Bredahl was unable to participate in the recordings. A video for the first single, "I Am Dracula," was filmed by WhereCloudsPart and features a cameo appearance from Belgian break dancer Metal Girl. A teaser for the video of "I Am Dracula" can be found on the band's official YouTube Page. Hey boys and sweet girls, below you can have a taste of the insane art our beloved Davide Nadalin at Nerve Design (Nile, The Duskfall, Extrema and many others) did for our debut and upcoming album "When Midnight Strikes!".
We're totally in love with it and we really can't thank him enough because of his patience and devotion to the project. Some of you already know have been quite a big crusade to find the artist to work with, after we got major problems with an US one who was in origin expected to do the job. Davide is a great friend of ours (you'll see him also as a sweeeet zombie in our upcoming first video) and a killer pro, so check his killer art and tell all of your friends about him!

Italian horror-themed deathcore act STIGMA has inked a deal with Florida’s Pivotal Rockordings. The band’s debut album, When Midnight Strikes, is currently being recorded at Db Studios with producer Ettore Rigotti (DISARMONIA MUNDI).


Commented vocalist Vlad: "This is an important day for STIGMA. We're so damn proud to announce that we've just joined US based Pivotal Rockordings to release our first metal monster in late winter. This is day one of STIGMA's new era and we couldn’t be more excited, cause we have just joined one of the most loyal, hard working and killer labels in the metal community! After having been ripped off by a label 2 weeks before entering the studio, we were shocked, but the guys in Pivotal Rockordings let us feel like a part of their family from the first day and this is sadly not so common these days!
